As a key member of the brokerage team, Teddy is uniquely positioned to help investors and companies craft intelligent real estate strategies that best support their business objectives. As a fourth-generation commercial real estate professional, Teddy is not only deeply acquainted with the greater Triangle market of North Carolina but has built a solid network of buyers, investors, and developers, and end-users. Teddy studied International Politics at NC State University and as a student, gained valuable experience working on infrastructure & development projects for the Urban Planning & Development office in Istanbul, Turkey.

Teddy specializes in Office (Professional & Medical), Industrial (R&D, Warehouse, Flex & Manufacturing), and is a seasoned assembler of land for multi-family and mixed-use working with Developers in downtown Raleigh, downtown Durham and emerging submarkets of the Triangle.
