Emma Lantz is an Advisor at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.

As a proud East Carolina University alumna, Emma’s journey in real estate was sparked during her academic years. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Master of Business Administration coupled with a Certificate in Project Management, her educational foundation has been instrumental in her career.

Embarking on her professional journey in commercial real estate immediately after her master’s program, Emma has rapidly become a trusted advisor in her field. She possesses a deep understanding of market trends and a keen eye for identifying lucrative investment opportunities. Emma’s dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in her commitment to building lasting relationships with her clients. She collaborates closely with them to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies for buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.

Outside the office, Emma leads an active lifestyle and enjoys exploring the outdoors. She is a snowboarding enthusiast and loves spending quality time with her loyal companion, a Goldendoodle named Winnie, during her adventures.
