Tommy Dalton BIO

Tommy Dalton is Vice President at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh, North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.

With over thirty years of rich experience in executive management, sales, marketing, service support, and over 10 years specifically in commercial real estate, Tommy brings a unique blend of creative solutions, skillful negotiations, and innovative strategies to meet his clients’ goals. His consultative approach is deeply valued, as he is dedicated to exceeding expectations and providing valuable insights to his clients.

Tommy’s diverse background includes serving in the US Army, holding several leadership positions in startups and Fortune 100 companies, and a solid decade-plus in the commercial real estate sector. This experience, coupled with extensive global travel and a Business Degree from Campbell University, has shaped his business philosophy: prioritizing people and relationships.

Originally from the northwestern North Carolina mountains, Tommy moved to Raleigh in 1997. He discovered that the Triangle area not only offers a good southern meal but also a rich and diverse culture. An active community member, he volunteers at his church, with the Knights of Columbus, and leads or promotes various charitable organizations. In his personal time, Tommy enjoys attending local baseball or hockey games, traveling, hiking, and fly-fishing.
