Sarah Kennedy BIO

Sarah is the Marketing Coordinator at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh, North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions. 

Originally from Georgia, Sarah relocated to North Carolina with her family in 2013. She is currently a student at Campbell University pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. She is looking forward to graduating in December 2023.  

Sarah entered the real estate industry in 2019 as a residential buyer representative. Today, Sarah combines her passions for real estate and marketing to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for Phoenix Commercial Properties. Additionally, Sarah is responsible for coordinating all in-house marketing efforts, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
