Sal Cammarata BIO

Sal Cammarata is Vice President at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh, North Carolina. He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions. 

Sal has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry for over two decades, with a strong emphasis on leasing, operations, and asset management. His roots began in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong commitment to the highest professional standards of customer service. Sal took his passion for customer service and transitioned to real estate and property & asset management. In 1996, he pioneered a commercial real estate division for Grubb Properties, and under his leadership, their assets grew to over one million square feet through acquisitions and new development. Sal’s success in brokerage is attributed to his responsiveness, skillful negotiation, uncompromised integrity, diverse local market knowledge, and exceptional customer service commitment.

Sal is a proud alumnus of Cornell University, holding a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. He finds personal fulfillment in giving back to the community and was instrumental in establishing a Town of Cary scholarship fund for families wishing to participate in art and recreation programs. He actively serves in organizations such as Cary Rotary, Cary Parks and Rec Department, and the Cary Chamber. Sal enjoys hiking, cooking, snow skiing, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
