Teddy Hobbs is Senior Vice President of Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.

As a key member of the brokerage team, Teddy is uniquely positioned to help investors and companies craft intelligent real estate strategies that best support their business objectives. As a fourth-generation commercial real estate professional, Teddy is not only deeply acquainted with the greater Triangle market of North Carolina but has built a solid network of buyers, investors, and developers, and end-users. Teddy’s business approach is founded on building and cultivating strong relationships based on clear communication and understanding of each client’s property needs and challenges. He shines at developing strategies and navigating his clients through the intricate road of real estate negotiation. Persistence and dedication are two-character traits Teddy possesses, both of which have been nurtured through a variety of life experiences including completing the grueling ratline at Virginia Military Institute and becoming an Eagle Scout. 

Teddy studied International Politics at NC State University and as a student, gained valuable experience working on infrastructure & development projects for the Urban Planning & Development office in Istanbul, Turkey.
